Lingua Ace · For nursing directors, HR and placement agencies
Know where your team stands on the way to B2.
Lingua Ace measures reading, listening, writing and speaking separately on the CEFR scale. The team report shows how many of your nurses are at B1 or B2 already and where practice stalls, before an exam costs time and money. Each nurse sees their own results in detail.
Lingua Ace is a learning app: no certificate, no pass guarantee.
What Lingua Ace does about it
- Measured skill by skill. Reading, listening, writing, speaking, vocabulary and grammar are each estimated on the CEFR scale, with steps within a level. The estimates come from the answers given while practising.
- Nursing language. Handovers, care documentation, talking with patients and relatives: vocabulary and situations from everyday work on the ward.
- Practice along the exam's parts. For listening, reading with language elements, writing and speaking, the app shows how far along each person is.
- Daily, on the phone. Short sessions that fit between two shifts. The app plans each day what comes next.

How a pilot works
- 1. Conversation. We talk about who will learn, which level is the goal and by when.
- 2. Setup. You create the team and invite your nurses by email. Each person starts with a placement test.
- 3. 8 weeks of use. Your nurses practise alongside their work, on the phone or on a computer.
- 4. Review. We go through the anonymous team report together: activity and levels across the team, no individual results.
Prices
For teams. We agree the details of the pilot in the first conversation.
Business Team: from €99.00 per month plus VAT, 5 seats included. Each further seat: €19.00 per month plus VAT.
Does the employer see individual nurses' results?
No. You see a team report with totals across the whole team, and only once the team has 5 members. Individual results, answers and recordings are seen only by the learner.
What Lingua Ace is not
- No certificate and no pass guarantee. Your nurses take the exam with telc.
- No replacement for professional guidance on the ward.
This record states what this learning app has measured from the learner's own answers. It follows the CEFR scale, but it is an estimate produced by software: it is not a certificate, it is not an examination, and it is not equivalent to telc, Goethe, Cambridge, IELTS or DELE.
