Live voice, as an add-on

A live conversation is spoken in both directions with no turns to wait for, and it costs us by the minute — far more than a recording. That is why it is a module rather than part of a plan: 30 minutes a month for €4.99, on Free and on Pro alike, cancellable every month. Everything else about speaking, including recordings and pronunciation scoring, is in both plans without it.
For teams
A company books seats, and everybody on them learns with everything in Pro. Employers get an anonymous team report — never anything about one person.

Questions
What happens when the speaking minutes run out?
You carry on learning. There is a text-only mode that plans the whole session without a microphone, so a day without speaking is a normal day, not a locked door.
What is the daily material budget?
Writing a new text, a new roleplay or a new set of exercises costs us something each time, so each plan has a daily ceiling for how much new material it produces. Reviews, your own texts and everything already made carry on regardless, and the app says which ceiling you have reached. It resets at midnight UTC.
Do I need a microphone at all?
No. Everything except the speaking exercises works typed, and you can switch speaking off entirely.
Can I cancel?
Yes, monthly, from your settings. You keep the free plan and everything you have learned.
Can I start from zero?
Yes. Below A1 there is a separate mode with pictures and very short units, for adults who have never learned the language.
Is this a certificate?
No. We measure against the CEFR levels and say what the evidence supports, but nothing here is an exam and no level here equals a certificate.
